Returns Policy

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your order however, in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations; you can return any item* within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund for the product(s) you have purchased credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Important: Please note that we will not accept returned goods outside the 14 day window unless the goods are defective.

You should check to see that all goods listed on the invoice match those contained in your package when you receive it. If they do not, please notify us immediately by calling our customer services department on 02476 302457 or email admin@rubygold.co.uk.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

*For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange pierced jewellery unless they are faulty.

 

Returns procedure 

Pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. Fully complete the Returns Note and enclose in your parcel. We can only process a return if the Returns Note has been fully completed. The Returns Note includes a Special Delivery Returns sticker with our address and pre paid postage stamp, peel and fix this to the pacel. For international customers, return the item(s) to:

All UK mainland returns are free of charge, a Special Delivery pre paid sticker will be included with your parcel, however we recommend that international customers insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for loss or damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
